Tuina

Tuina is a Chinese method of bodywork (sort of like massage) that involves various movements of the hands and arms. Tui (which means to push) and Na (which means to grasp) are used along with such techniques as kneading, pressing, rolling, shaking and stretching. These techniques are used on the body to improve the proper flow of qi through the meridians and can be especially helpful for musculoskeletal conditions helping release tension and "knots" while promoting circulation to the tissues. Tuina can also increase energy, reduce stress and promote relaxation. Basically, you will feel better after you've had it done!
